Week 64: We Talked On The Radio!

Hey Everyone!

Another week came and went here in Tunuyan, and it was a very interesting week.  We had a lot happen.

On monday, we tried to do an Asado, which we were stoked about, but the wind picked up a ton, throwing a bunch of ashes into the meat, and dried it up pretty bad, so that was pretty fun.

This week, we taught the Familia Barroso a few times, and the first lesson, on Monday, was going well, and then we invited them to baptism, but they got really worked up and got pushed away at that.  However, we had another lesson with them later on in the week, which went better, and Maxi, the 21 year old guy, is reading the Book of Mormon, so we are super happy about that, and they told us that they were going to church, but then they went to a party Saturday night, so they didn't go to church...super disappointing.

Anyways, about the subject of my email.  We went to the radio station to confirm for the next day, and the dude told us to talk right then.  So, he asked us a few questions, and I got to talk about our purpose as missionaries, and the importance of eternal families.  It was way cool, and afterwards, the man, Hector, gave us a shoutout, telling everyone to open the door and let us in when we pass by, so woo!  He also told us that we could go by another time to do it again!

This week was crazy, and a lot happened, but I honestly just don't feel like writing it all.  I know that it is super lame to say that, but I don't feel very good, and I don't wanna spend much time on the computer, so I´ll make a better letter next week.

I hope that you are all happy, and that your lives are filled with joy.  I love you all, and I appreciate all of your loving support and prayers.
